Over the two years I came to Cleveland for a conference, I have come to this restaurant 8 times! The owner is friendly, and recognized me the second year I came by.

The food: delicious! The dishes I remember trying and enjoying are the fried rice, Pho, spring rolls, summer rolls, fried tofu, and crispy noodles. The Vietnamese coffee was also a favorite beverage.

Do come and support the owners! This is family-owned, the owner has been at it for 12 years now, and when I had my final trip meal there, he told me he wants to go on for another 8. Wish him all the best!

This was our 2nd visit and we were hoping to have a better experience by trying different options. Both times we have been there, we have had really bland food. There was no flavor at all on any of the entrees, as the meat tastes as though it has been boiled and had no seasoning added at all.

This visit we ordered crispy shrimp and pork spring rolls for appetizers. The shrimp and sauce it came with were good. The spring rolls were cooked a long time and tasted like burnt/fried shell instead of fresh spring roll.

We decided to split a few meals. I asked the server to recommend the most spicy or flavorful meals as we really wanted something not bland. He recommended the fried rice with shrimp chicken and pork, as well as the lemongrass chicken.

We were very disappointed as both were not flavorful at all. When we eat at other Thai or Vietnamese restaurants we are asked if we want mild, medium or hot spices on our meals. This place does not offer that option. I asked our server if he could bring some mixes/spices to help add flavor to our meal, and he brought out an industrial sized bottle of Sriracha sauce. It helped, but not what we were expecting. We should not have to drown our food in sriracha to give it taste.
We will probably search out other places in the future.

Great pho, the summer rolls were some of the best I've had. Atmosphere is nice and upscale. I was impressed with how fair the prices are.

Spacious seating, great attentive service, and very good pho! As someone who lived most of their life in LA/Orange county, the one thing I miss dearly living in Ohio, is the lack of food. It's incredibly hard go find some great Asian and Mexican food, and I am always kn the lookout for a worthy big bowl of pho. Saigon absolutely hit the spot, with the triple beef bowl. The very large bowl I ordered contained all the traditional toppings and add-ons, with the meat choice of brisket, thin sliced rare beef, and meatballs. I also tried some of the chicken from someone else at the table. I loved the brisket and thin beef, but I wasn't a fan of the very chewy meatballs. I also have to really recommend the lemon chicken wrapped appetizer! The chicken is so succulent with a tasteful marinade.

The pho is typically for a single person, but I definitely think that it can be shared between two (not so hungry people). I tasted some of my brother's fried rice, but I wasn't the biggest fan of its flavour. But once again, I'm loving and highly recommending Saigon of you are in the market for some excellent Vietnamese soup, pho. There were a handful of single tables, so one could easily visit by themselves if desired.

Pho in Cleveland. Can't expect anything better. Meat quality was good and was very clean too.
